The Mt. Hood Management Certificate Program is designed to meet the educational and training needs of credit union staff, volunteers, and others desiring to further their careers or to make credit unions their career.
Today's credit union is faced with complex challenges from increased competition, fast-paced technological advances, and an ever-changing regulatory environment. The Mt. Hood Management Certificate Program is designed to prepare and train credit union leaders not only to cope with these challenges, but to thrive in them.
Students receive an education in a wide variety of credit union topics. The knowledge and skills acquired in the Mt. Hood Management Certificate Program are extremely useful and have immediate application in the work environment. Completion of the Certificate Program provides evidence of increased knowledge and demonstrates the ability to set and achieve personal and professional goals, which is a desirable leadership characteristic.
